In short, design Thinking is a framework that helps in solving complex problems in a rapid changing world. It would help in leading to innovations that focus on understanding human values and combine them with business and technology.

Business model innovation is the development of new, unique concepts supporting an organization’s financial viability. The main goal of business model innovation is to realize new revenue sources which could be through improving product values and how products are delivered to customers. Besides that, business model tool helps in identifying the hidden strengths of the organization.

The workshop took place at Umniah HQ with group of Umniah marketing and technical staff.
