IoT Innovation for smart and connected future

Internet of Things is not only a technology infrastructure it is a strategic decision and trend for the future. As part of the IoT Innovation Program organized by Umniah and IBTECAR, Eng, Feras Elbakri from Umniah will introduce the 3 pillars of IoT adoption and the technology development in this public session.

Feras ELBakri is the Access Network Architecture Manager in Umniah Mobile Company and has over 14 years’ experience in telecom large organizations. He is an expert in wireless technologies and strategies 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G and IoT. He also worked for Batelco Jordan, Orange, wi-tribe and Ooredoo Oman.

Academically, Feras holds Bachelor degree in Communication Engineering from Yarmouk University in Jordan and MBA degree in Business Administration from Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences in Jordan. Also certified as Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute, Business Process Framework (eTOM) Practitioner from TM Forum and Employee Engagement Champion from Gallup.
