The EU-funded program aimed to build the capacity of youths in various Southern Mediterranean countries. IBTECAR Consulting designed and implemented the program “Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Capacity Building” targeting Youth leaders affiliated with social enterprises, CSOs, and NGOs. The Capacity Building program, implemented in 2018, involved various training sessions, hands-on coaching, and planning of youth projects aiming at establishing social enterprises and ventures. The program combined face-to-face technical support (workshops) through the delivery of relevant skills and followed by a virtual learning and follow-up phase. Training topics included Monitoring and Evaluation and Social Innovation with the objective to introduce the program fellows to required methods and to promote youth innovation.
